There are no hidden extras - all entry fees are included for the specific tour you have booked. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of New Zealand's Goods and Service Tax (GST) of 15%.
How do I confirm my booking and pay for my tour?
You can confirm your booking by using your credit card (we accept Visa or Mastercard) or alternatively, you can pay via international funds transfer. Once payment has been received, our Reservation Confirmation will be emailed to you.
Cancellation Policy:
Ship delays/changes to schedule:
If your Cruise Ship is delay or arrives the next day - we will either reschedule your tour for the day your ship arrives OR offer you a 100% refund.
If your Cruise Ship does not come into Tauranga as scheduled due to adverse weather or mechanical issues - 100% refund.
Cancellation by Operator
If for any reason, Best Deal Tours have to cancel your tour, we will either book you on a suitable, similar replacement tour with another reputable operator (at no extra cost to you) OR offer you a 100% refund.

- If you cancel your booking at least 10 days prior - 100% refund
- If you cancel your booking between 7-10 days prior - 50% refund
- If you cancel your booking less than 7 days prior - nil refund

- We are proud to have a 5 Star Safety Rating under New Zealand Transport Agency's Operator Rating System.
- Our vehicles are fully licensed, hold current Certificates of Fitness and are fully insured.
- Our coach drivers are all Passenger Service endorsed.
- We are an Endorsed Visitor Transport provider through Qualmark - New Zealand Tourism's official quality agency.
- Very occasionally there are changes made by the attractions we visit which are out of our control. We will do our utmost to minimise the effect but we accept no responsibility for any incident, delay or change to our tours which are outside our control.
- Our vehicles are Smoke Free however we will have plenty of stops along the way.
- If the vehicle has seat belts, it is the passengers' responsibility to use them.
- We accept no responsibility for any injury to persons or damage or loss of personal possessions belonging to those persons except that which we have legal obligation to do so.
